Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of ducks purchased and then put into the water for the race. Not all ducks put into the water will reach the finish line as river forces (rocks, branches and currents) will trap some ducks keeping them from going down stream. Additionally, other forces may affect a duck such as human intervention, animal intervention (dogs, etc), that may capture or remove ducks as they move downstream, Further, inventory considerations (the loss and the addition of ducks from year to year) may cause some numbering discrepancies. Vail Rotary Club warrants that all purchasers of duck adoptions have an equal chance of winning.
Refunds. Thre shall be no refunds for any reason whatsoever.
Privacy. Vail Rotary Club shall not disclose, supply, sell, or rent any information that it gathers from the purchaser to any other entity or person.
